Client Agreement
1. Scope of Agreement
This Client Agreement outlines the exact terms under which OngFX LTD. will provide execution-only trading services to you. By funding your account and executing a trade, you formally agree to the mechanics and rules detailed in this document.
2. Order Execution Policy
OngFX LTD. acts as an intermediary connecting you to global liquidity pools. We strive to provide the best possible execution; however, we do not guarantee that your orders will be executed at the exact requested price due to natural market fluctuations (slippage) and internet latency.
3. Margin and Margin Calls
You must maintain sufficient margin in your account to keep open positions. If your account equity falls below our required margin level (currently set at [Insert Margin Call Level, e.g., 50%]), OngFX LTD. reserves the right to issue a margin call or automatically liquidate your positions (Stop Out at [Insert Stop Out Level, e.g., 30%]) to prevent your account from going into a negative balance.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
- Deposits: Funds must be deposited from an account in the same name as your OngFX LTD. trading account. We do not accept third-party deposits.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed back to the original funding source where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. OngFX LTD. reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal.
5. Conflicts of Interest
OngFX LTD. maintains a strict Conflicts of Interest Policy to ensure fair treatment of our clients. Where conflicts cannot be entirely avoided, we will disclose them to you clearly and ensure that your trades are executed fairly and without bias.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OngFX LTD., its directors, employees, and affiliates from any liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of this agreement or your trading activities.
